"Absolutely terrible agent. They raised my insurance from around $130 to nearly $170 even though I had been a loyal customer for years (beginning from my driving license). Meanwhile, GEICO offered me a $110 policy without any tracking devices, yet this agent still decided to increase my premium. When I called to question it, they clearly hadn’t even reviewed my information properly. I had one speeding ticket (not reckless, just speeding) 2/3 years back and that was the reason i agreed to pay them more but I had no new tickets or violations during that period (last 2 years+), but they kept making excuses about my “driving record.” Completely unprofessional. In the end, I left and switched to GEICO for $110 instead of wasting $170 with them. Honestly, I should have left sooner."

"Superficial Story Agency - felt less like an insurance agency and more like a vampire’s lair, where the agent expertly drains your wallet without ever actually protecting you. Promises are made with a charming smile, but nothing meaningful ever materializes. The staff hover around like ghouls: present, eerie, and entirely unhelpful when you ask for real assistance. Paperwork disappears into the shadows, follow-ups never happen, and accountability is nowhere to be found. If you enjoy paying premiums for the illusion of service, this might be your place—but I wouldn’t invite them into my house again."
