"Andrea was friendly. However, communication and response to phone calls and emails was slow on multiple occasions. I was quoted a policy for 100/300k coverage, but when I purchased the policy it was for 50/100k and it took awhile for the issue to be corrected. Other issues happened, like I said I didn't want rental car insurance and I found I was paying for that. As a new customer, information was hard to get and frustrating. I switched to a different State Farm agency which was much quicker to respond and clarify questions."

"Absolutely terrible agent. They raised my insurance from around $130 to nearly $170 even though I had been a loyal customer for years (beginning from my driving license). Meanwhile, GEICO offered me a $110 policy without any tracking devices, yet this agent still decided to increase my premium. When I called to question it, they clearly hadn’t even reviewed my information properly. I had one speeding ticket (not reckless, just speeding) 2/3 years back and that was the reason i agreed to pay them more but I had no new tickets or violations during that period (last 2 years+), but they kept making excuses about my “driving record.” Completely unprofessional. In the end, I left and switched to GEICO for $110 instead of wasting $170 with them. Honestly, I should have left sooner."
